The Dartless Mini Halter Dress Pattern pattern utilizes 24” wide paper and needs to be printed at a print shop with a large format printer and paper size. This pattern is immediately available for download in a U.S. size 6, with more sizes available upon request. Please see my sizing chart for measurements.

Pattern Overview

• Perfect for the rectangle body type

• Hand-drawn pattern utilizes 24” wide paper and needs to be printed at a print shop with a large format printer and paper size.

Details

• Available in sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 upon request

• The hem is about 8” above the knee

• Halter-cut armhole

• High, slight boat neckline

• All-in-one neck and armhole facings

• Elongated torso dropping the waistline a bit

Fabric 

• The U.S. size 6 pattern takes 2 1/2 yards of 45” wide goods

• If you are using a large-print fabric, add the amount of the repeat to the yardage needed to match the print

• This pattern is for woven fabrics cut on a straight grain and best suited for silk charmeuse, silk crepe, silk jacquard, and any lightweight to medium-weight non-stiff fabric that drapes 

• You may use woven stretch fabric with this pattern but keep in mind you may need to adjust the pattern or go down a size

Seam Allowances & Assembly

• 1/2” seam allowance all around except for the neckline, which is a 1/4” seam allowance

• Center back seam allowance is 1.” 

• The hem is 1 1/4”

• Insert an invisible zipper at the center back seam

• To save space, the front dress pattern is indicated to be placed on the fold doubled cut one time

• Bust 36”

• Waist 32 1/2”

• Full Hip 39”
